Alaina has had a love for all things beauty and self-care ever since she was a little girl. Suffering from skin conditions of her own made her even more passionate over the years. After graduating high school early, Alaina enrolled at Tricoci University of Beauty Culture in Peoria, graduating in 2019, and became a licensed esthetician at only 17 years old. Alaina has been practicing esthetics ever since, continuing her passion for skincare. Over the years Alaina has developed an appreciation for the beauty of nature, incorporating different holistic healing properties into her treatment room. She enjoys using healing energy including crystal healing, meditation, aromatherapy, and more. Alaina strives to create a peaceful, yet fun environment for her clients to create open relationships with. Specializing in skincare & beauty with a holistic approach, Alaina loves for her clients to leave glowing inside & out. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS:
Glow Up Beauty & Wellness respectfully requests a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment(s). If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged for 50% of the service(s) cost.
Please understand that your missed appointment was a time slot I had to turn down to someone else. Confirmation texts are sent out 2 days before the scheduled appointment to ensure that you remember and show up for your appointment(s). This also gives you the opportunity to cancel/reschedule without being charged.
NO-SHOWS:
If you schedule an appointment and do not show up for it (No Call-No Show) you will be charged 100% of the missed appointment.
